floor plans, standard features, available upgrades, pricing,
plat maps, and more. The reports are organized to be compared
to each of the 8-12+ competitors in your market. We also compile
monthly reports to keep track of what your competitors are doing
with their current prices, incentives, marketing, sales pace,
available inventory, sales traffic, conversion rates, etc. With
access to both our Monthly and Quarterly Reports, developers
will have delivered to them an accurate competitive analysis
that is easy to understand and verifiable.

Most Developers are already getting much of this information
through their in house staff and sales people. However, we've
found that not only is this information difficult to get updated
each month, it is often hard to verify and ends up costing a
