We also compile monthly reports to keep track of what your competitors are doing with their current prices, incentives, marketing, sales pace, available inventory, sales traffic, conversion rates, etc. With access to both our Monthly and Quarterly Reports, developers will have delivered to them an accurate competitive analysis that is easy to understand and verifiable.

Most Developers are already getting much of this information through their in house staff and sales people.
